Horizon Village Outlets offers a unique outlet shopping centre and will be home to over 150 retail brands and F&B outlets, all under one roof for tourists and locals alike. One of its unique components is Artisan Village, which will provide shoppers with a new experience of seeing and making local, artisanal products, showcasing Malaysia’s rich cultural heritage. The marketing and leasing consultants for Horizon Village Outlets is Nawawi Tie Leung Real Estate Consultants.

Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Village Outlets, David Nelson said, “Horizon Village Outlets has been designed to promote retailers’ success. The location is spot on having located in close proximity to airports and within new townships such as Sunsuria City and Serenia City. Most uniquely, we have our very own Artisan Village – a celebration of the “essence” of Malaysia to preserve the rich traditional culture. Last but not least, the brands that shoppers covet, there is definitely something for everyone.”

Spanning approximately 22 acres and over 400,000 sq ft of nett lettable area (NLA) in Sepang, Horizon Village Outlets is jointly developed by Horizon Group Properties – America’s third largest operator and developer of outlet shopping malls and Malaysian-based construction and property developer group, Mainstay Properties.

Positioned in the heart of Serenia City and Sunsuria City townships as well as the larger Klang Valley, Horizon Village Outlets has the benefit of a population of nearly 8 million people within a 50-minute drive encompassing the areas of Klang Valley.

Its surrounding neighbourhood such as the Sunsuria City by Sunsuria Bhd, Serenia City by Sime Darby Property, Greenwoods by Paramount Property, Saujana KLIA by Glomac Bhd and Warisan Puteri by IOI Properties are all located within a 20-minute radius from HVO, with an estimated population of 700,000 in the near future.

Another key feature is its close proximity with Xiamen University that has a student capacity of 10,000.

Connectivity to HVO is further enhanced by the Klang Valley Integrated Rail Transit System where various lines connect to the KL Sentral hub. Visitors can hop onto the Express Rail Link (ERL) from KL Sentral to Salak Tinggi (20 minutes ride) and reach HVO via free shuttles and ride sharing services.

Additionally, the proximity of Sepang to Putrajaya is important as the city’s administrative capital has a sizeable office population which will further support the shopping centres within the neighbouring area.

The Putrajaya ERL station is a mere 8-minute train ride to the Salak Tinggi station where HVO is located.

Valiram’s stable of brands also include Giuseppe Zanotti, Tory Burch, La Martina, Tumi, Pedro, Swiss Watch Gallery, Swarovski, Bath & Body Works, Charles & Keith, Flow and Godiva.
