Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei condemn Israeli violence against Palestine

PETALING JAYA: As the situation in Palestine worsens following aggressions by Israel, the leaders of Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei have issued a statement to condemn the violence.

The violence has resulted in more than 130 dead in Palestine and hundreds more injured.

This is the statement of the three countries’ leaders issued on Sunday (May 16) in full.

Joint Leaders Statement of Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam on the Escalation of Violence by Israelis in the Occupied Palestinian Territory

We condemn in the strongest term the repeated blatant violations and aggressions, carried out by the Israelis, targeting civilians throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory, particularly in East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip, which has killed, injured and caused suffering to many, including women and children. We are also gravely concerned with the illegal expansion of settlements; and the demolitions and seizures of Palestinian‑owned structures across the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem.

We also unreservedly condemn the flagrant violations of international law, including humanitarian and human rights law, perpetrated by Israel, the Occupying Power, through its inhumane, colonial and apartheid policies towards the Palestinians in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, and therefore call for an urgent and responsible collective action to ensure the necessary accountability for such violations.

We call upon all parties to exercise maximum restraint, cease attacks against civilians, to take steps in de-escalating the situation and to uphold international law and order.

We urge both parties to accept a temporary international presence in the City of Al-Quds, to monitor the cessation of hostilities in the Occupied Territory of Palestine.

We also urge the United Nations Security Council to act urgently and take all possible measures to guarantee the safety and protection of the Palestinian civilians throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory, bearing in mind the international community, and the United Nations Security Council, in particular, has a special responsibility to call for a cessation of all violence, and fulfil its obligation of upholding international peace.

We request the United Nations General Assembly to convene an emergency session to address the grave developments and come up with a Uniting for Peace Resolution with a view to putting an end to the atrocities carried out against the Palestinian people.

We call upon the international community to remain resolute in their commitment to safeguarding the “two-state solution” towards achieving an independent State of Palestine, based on the pre-1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.

We reiterate our solidarity with, and commitment to the Palestinian people, including their rights to self-determination, and the creation of an independent and sovereign State of Palestine.

We stand ready to support international efforts aimed at achieving a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in the Middle East on the basis of the relevant United Nations Resolutions and international law, including humanitarian law.President Ir. H. Joko Widodo, President of Indonesia

STAR lodges police reports over slanderous ‘support Israel’ FB post

Five police reports have been lodged by Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (STAR) today against a Facebook user who uploaded an image accusing party leaders of supporting Israel.

STAR Youth chief Rizal Johari said the party would also lodge a complaint with the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) against the user. The uploaded image went viral yesterday.

“The individual is not a STAR member and has often made posts on social media particularly Facebook, allegedly representing STAR in order to confuse the public… we have been monitoring his page but we have always valued other people’s rights to express themselves even if it is detrimental to…

‘Jewish-Indian plot’ arm twisting Pakistan’s Imran Khan to recognise Israel?

Arm twisting Imran Khan to recognise Israel with a ‘Jewish-Indian plot’?

In Pakistan, the opposition wants the people the believe the Israelis and Indians are funding Prime Minister Imran Khan. The aim is to get Pakistan to recognise Israel.

An interesting perspective if we look at a commentary published in Haaretz. Read the full article here: In Pakistan, Israel is Now an Even More Explosive Political Issue.

Written by Hamza Azhar Salam, a Pakistani journalist based in London, the article says opponents are unrelenting in their accusations against the Pakistani PM.

The opposition leaders also have the name of the funder who is allegedly behind Imran Khan. Barry C. Schneps.

They say he is the mastermind behind an illegal decade-old scheme to fund Imran Khan for the benefit of the State of Israel.

The accusations against Khan became persistent after the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain shook hands with Tel Aviv.

They established a controversial diplomatic relationship with Israel.

Next on the line was Saudi Arabia, which the American and Israeli media said was on the verge of recognising Israel.

But it did not happen, not officially and the trinket is now thrown on Pakistan.

There were reports from Pakistan that a bigger ‘brother’ country—allegedly Saudi Arabia— was pressing Pakistan to have official diplomatic relations with Israel.

The main opposition leader harassing Khan on the Israel issue is Maryam Nawaz Sharif who directly accused Khan of taking funds from Israel. Maryam is the daughter of former PM Mian Nawaz Sharif.

Maryam Nawaz heads the biggest centrist opposition party (Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz, or PML-N).

“Do you know who funded Imran Khan from India? Bharatiya Janata Party member Inder Dosanjh. And the Israeli who funded him was Barry C. Schneps.”

This accusations laid against the Prime Minister are not new.

In 2017, Akbar Sher Babar has petitioned the Election Commission (EC) that Imran Khan’s party, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has received over three million dollars as donations between 2010 and 2013.

A part of the money was transferred to Pakistan from prohibited sources such as US-based private companies Barry C. Schneps, Lab USA Inc., Freedom Line Ltd, IMGC Global LLC, Goldrock Holdings LLC and Prime Motor LLC etc.

It is a true story so far, for Khan’s opponents. But Maryam Nawaz maintains “countless” Indians and Israelis had funded Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf party.

“When you take money from someone, you have to do their bidding,” she warns.

The opposition is also rallying huge crowds on the basis of a possible but not confirmed establishment of relations with Israel.

In Pakistan, says the writer Hamzah, the anti-Israel sentiment is huge. Look at the picture of the rally organised by the opposition parties. (Insert Picture).

The opposition brought the head of the militant group Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, to speak at the rally.

“Pakistan has always supported the Palestinians’ struggle” and that Palestinians, in response, “care for the sentiments of the Pakistani nation.”

Ekrima Sabri, imam of the Al-Aqsa mosque was also among the speakers saying the Muslim “ummah is not ready to accept defeat.

The rally defused any ardour (if it was existent) from the government to push for the recognition of Israel. It also cemented the belief among shocked Pakistanis that Khan is taking Israeli money.

The fact that foreigners could speak against the leader of Pakistan in his country is amazing. Not many countries will allow such an affront. Is Khan more democratic than what we think?

Nevertheless, is he the tool of foreign powers like India or Israel? Is he taking money from these countries that are considered the enemies of Pakistan?

There is no doubt the people will react and will reject Khan in the next elections if these allegations are true.

The initial accusations against Khan come from Mr Babar, a founding member of the PTI and he is fighting Khan for the control of the army-backed party.

However, the Election Commission of Pakistan has not been prompt in responding to Babar’s accusations against the PTI.

The resolution of the case of foreign money funding and the challenge by Babar against Khan is not apparent. There is no end to it.

The Election Commission is silent on these cases. Khan is free to continue reigning as PM as long as the EC does not act. Sounds suspicious?

Khan is now facing an umbrella of the opposition parties called the Pakistan Democratic Movement.

However, as long as Khan has the support of the army, it is difficult for the opposition to overturn his regime.

The question is whether the army generals will allow Khan to open the doors to Israel and to India?

This will probably the line that Imran Khan will not dare cross unless the army is roped in to accept the normalisation of relations with Israel.

And there is one more sticky point in this whole affair of India-Israel lobby in Pakistan.

What is China, the biggest foreign ally of the Pakistani government, do if India gets its way in Pakistan?

Aliens exist but humanity is not ready for them: retired Israeli official

A retired Israeli officer and current professor Haim Eshed says the Isreal and American governments have kept Alien contact a secret because “humanity isn’t ready.”

In an interview to Yediot Aharonot, Eshed says that Israel and the US have both been dealing with aliens for years.

Eshed is a retired head of Israel’s space program where he has been working for nearly 30 years and is a three-time recipient of the Israel Security Award.

But the crazy will get crazier as he says there is the existence of a “Galactic Federation,” just like the ones in Hollywood movies and TV series.

Now 87, he was leading the Isreal Defense Ministry’s Space Division says there are agreements between the aliens and the US.

The aliens he says wish to research and understand “the fabric of the universe,” and they have a secret underground base on Mars.

He also says there are aliens and American representatives in the underground base. Jerusalem Post, which carried the story, says this would coincide with US President Donald Trump’s creation of the Space Force as the fifth branch of the US armed forces.

However, the inter-galactic alliance is kept a secret because it will cause mass hysteria. At one point, he says Trump was on the brink of revealing their existence, but the Aliens stopped him. Perhaps that is why he lost the elections?

The Aliens apparently told Trump humanity needed to “evolve and reach a stage where we will… understand what space and spaceships are.”

Nevertheless, the former Israeli official says he has nothing to lose in revealing this information because universities across the world respects him and holds him in high regard.

“If I had come up with what I’m saying today five years ago, I would have been hospitalized,” he explained to Yediot. He added that “today, they’re already talking differently. I have nothing to lose. I’ve received my degrees and awards; I am respected in universities abroad, where the trend is also changing.”

His newest book, The Universe Beyond the Horizon – conversations with Professor Haim Eshed, tells how aliens have prevented nuclear apocalypses and “when we can jump in and visit the Men in Black.”

A satellite and a machine-gun mounted car to kill a scientist!

A remote-controlled car shot an Iranian Scientist? This is what Iran is saying. And slowly, the Iranians are giving some extraordinary and mind-boggling details of the assassination of its nuclear scientist.

The Iranians are saying the shots came from a machine gun mounted on a pick-up truck.

The Nissan truck was 500 feet away from the victim when it fired.

Iran says Israel is behind the killing!

The scientist was in an escort of bulletproof cars! They stopped near his house for security clearance.

But shots were fired against the lead vehicle. The scientist got out of his car and was shot three times!

Iran now says the vehicle and the machine gun was operated via sattelites and the vehicle exploded after the operations.

“Unfortunately the operation was very complicated and done with electronic devices and no [perpetrators] were at the scene,” Ali Shamkhani, secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council says.

Iran’s Press TV claimed a weapon recovered at the scene of the killing bore “the logo and specifications of Israel’s military industry.” Its Arabic broadcaster said the weaponry was “controlled by satellite.”

Wadah condemns UAE-ISRAEL diplomatic pact

The MOVEMENT FOR AN INFORMED SOCIETY MALAYSIA (WADAH) condemns the normalisation of diplomatic relations between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Israel, which shall undermine the Palestinians’ rights to return to and/or remain in their homeland.

WADAH also calls upon the leaders of the Organisation for Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to convene a summit to re-establish the commitment to peace in the Middle East, to end Israeli-Palestinian conflict and re-affirm the solidarity for the establishment of a sovereign Palestinian State, with Baitu ‘l-Maqdis as its capital.

  1. [2]  The diplomatic accord, brokered by the United States, was announced by President Donald Trump through a joint statement with Israel and UAE on 13 August 2020. The joint statement also states that the three countries shall launch a Strategic Agenda for the Middle East to expand diplomatic, trade, and security cooperation. Subsequent to this, agreement on the mutual establishment of embassies is expected in the coming weeks as well as investment and economic cooperation between the two countries. For the time being, Israel agreed to “halt” its plan to further annex parts of West Bank, but the annexation plan still remains “on the table” as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tried to pacify its right-wing coalition in Tel Aviv.
  2. [3]  HAMAS and the Palestinian Authority have unanimously rejected all declarations and unilateral decisions that aim to destroy the Palestinian rights. The decision taken by the UAE is considered as treacherous – an act of betrayal and treason to, and aggression against the Palestinian struggles. The Palestinian people were right to react strongly against this diplomatic accord. UAE is now seen as a mere pawn that is being exploited by Israel and the US to serve their geopolitical ambitions in the Middle East. It is the UAE that shifts its ground towards Israeli’s who has never moved its position with respect to the Palestinian rights. The balance of power has steadily tilted towards Israel. The diplomatic accord will abolish the 2002 Peace Plan which envisioned a normalization of diplomatic relations between the Arab World and Israel in exchange for a full withdrawal by Israel from occupied Palestinian territories.
  3. [4]  The diplomatic accord is the third after that of Egypt in 1978 and Jordan in 1994, and the first for Gulf Arab states. Despite the conclusion of earlier two diplomatic accords, no satisfactory management of relationships has been evident. Israel does not respect both Arab countries when it continues annexing various parts of Palestinian lands. With three (3) Arab states’ relations normalized and as the only nation to have nuclear facilities, Israel would expect that its “strategic moves” within the Middle East to be simply rubber-stamped. The decision appears to support Israel’s one-state solution without the Palestinian state. No guarantee that Israel would not continue its annexation into Palestinian lands even though normalization of relations continues. With this decision, annexation becomes an effective policy tool for Israel to prod the Arab countries to come to terms set by Israel.
  4. [5] Whilst President Trump is expecting other Arab countries to follow UAE’s steps to normalize their respective diplomatic relations with Israel, the Muslim World should brace themselves for more sinister moves, moving forward. Palestinian issues should not be sidelined just to secure economic benefits with Israel.

It is imperative therefore that the OIC Summit be convened to restore the “collective conscience” of the people in the Middle East. Make no mistake – the Palestinian issues resonate not just within the Arab World; they also reverberate through the whole International Community, from masyriq to maghrib.

Please be reminded that the OIC was established and had its first meeting in September 1969, a month after an arson attack inside the Al-Aqsa Mosque that destroyed part of the roof and the 800-year-old pulpit of Salahuddin, who had re-captured Jerusalem from the Crusaders in the 12th century. Since then, OIC has grown to 57 countries today, from the pioneering team of 24 countries in 1969, and the Palestinian issues have been central to OIC ever since.

UAE-ISRAEL Deal: Saving The West Bank?

The shock is still reeling across the Muslim world with the diplomatic deal between the UAE and Israel. Those against the deal call it a bluff and a sell-out of the Palestinian struggle.

The UAE and Saudi Arabian papers hail the deal as a diplomatic breakthrough, one that will keep West Bank safe.

But some portals are blasting the leader of the United Arab Emirates saying the deal will not clean his sins.

“Bin Zayed (UAE Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Zayed) is hoping to cleanse his sins as he is viewed by most Arabs and Muslims as one of the strongest US hands in the Middle East and one of the best friends of the Israeli occupation state in the region,” says the Middle East Monitor.

The editorial and the news articles of the Monitor is making the rounds in WhatsApp groups where Muslims are debating the deal.

“This deal, however, does not cleanse his (Bin Zayed) sins, and it is not at all considered an achievement for Bin Zayed, rather a “big achievement” for Netanyahu,” the Monitor says.

“As Bin Zayed claimed that the annexation had stopped, while the joint statement clearly stated it was “suspended”.

In the UAE, the editorialists are guided to publish screaming headlines.

Israel has agreed to suspend applying sovereignty to areas of the West Bank – Khaleej Times

“The UAE has reached a historic peace deal with Israel and the United States that will ensure no more Palestinian land is annexed in the West Bank,” the paper says.

Arab News hails a ‘historic’ deal in a move seen as a full backing from the Saudi Arabian royal rulers for the deal.

The newspaper says the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince sees the agreement as a means to stop the further annexation of Palestinian land.

But it also voices concerns from the Palestinian Authority. Arab News says:

  • This agreement is a betrayal of Jerusalem, Al-Aqsa and the Palestinian cause, complains Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas
  • A widespread Palestinian fear is that the UAE-Israel agreement could weaken the Arab Peace Initiative

While Trump hails the agreement as a big breakthrough, the UN welcomes it.

“Any initiative that can promote peace and security in the Middle East.” says the United Nations.

Iran calls UAE move to normalize ties with Israel shameful, dagger in back of Palestinians.

The Iranian government calls on Security Council to reject U.S. ‘ill-intentioned’ move.

Iran called the action a “strategic stupidity” by the UAE and Israel.

In a statement, the Iranians say the move will definitely result in boosting the axis of resistance. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

“The Islamic Republic of Iran considers this ‘shameful’ action of Abu Dhabi in normalizing ties with the fake, anti-human and illegitimate Zionist regime a dangerous action and warns about any interference of the Zionist regime in equations of the Persian Gulf region and announces that the government of the Emirates and other accompanying governments must admit responsibility for consequences of this action,” said the statement.

Modi’s regime and Israeli spies hacked WhatsApp voice message function? = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

In a move to show its integrity and to dispel potential backlash against the platform, WhatsApp us suing the Israeli surveillance firm NSO Group.

It is accusing it of helping government spies break into the phones of roughly 1,400 users across four continents.

The hacking spree targets included diplomats, political dissidents, journalists and senior government officials.

Of course, NSO denied the allegations, but what is done is done and users of WhatsApp should be concerned with their security and privacy nonetheless.

To recap, the lawsuit filed in federal court in San Francisco, WhatsApp accused NSO of facilitating ‘governments’ hacking their citizens in 20 countries.

The hacking spree targeted 100 civil society members.

Nevertheless, Indian academics and lawyers have accused Narendra Modi’s government of hacking into their phones.

They discovered their WhatsApp accounts had been targeted earlier this year.

The University of Toronto’s Citizen Lab, which tracks digital surveillance, is tracking the 1,400 telephone numbers across the globe, believing a commercial Israeli spyware targeted them in May. = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

The spyware was injected on to smartphones through WhatsApp voice call function.

Several leading Indian opposition politicians, including Priyanka Gandhi and Mamata Banerjee, the chief minister of West Bengal, were targeted in India.

Alternative to WhatsApp!

According to reports, WhatsApp is one of the most popular online chats in the world. It has over 1.9 billion users in 2019 and 60 billion messages are sent there per day.

It has security with end-to-end encryption for users to enjoy accessible communication with each other.

But it is also vulnerable to hacks and other tricks that put the users at risk. = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

We offer you a very useful alternative to WhatsApp. Telegram.

Telegram offers end-to-end encryption for all communication and it has the reputation of offering a solid privacy framework.

While WhatsApp groups can only have a few hundred users and you can send messages to only 5 people at a time, Telegram allows you to send text and media message in a chat with up to 200,000 users.

Telegram offers more advanced features than the outdated WhatsApp

It uses a cloud-based technology that allows sending messages faster than any other apps.

It is also lighter, takes less space on your mobile devices and you do not need a phone number once you activate it!

Telegram is free and open-source. And it has hidden gems, such movie networks where you can download your favourite shows and chat groups where things are really happening.

Compared to the restrictions and risks offered by WhatsApp, I would suggest you go for Telegram! Even the terrorists and narcotic dealers uses Telegram. Why? Because they can go undetected for a long, long time.

Here is a list of other, video, audio and text message platforms.

Platform: Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Windows desktop, Linux (both 32 and 64-bit), macOS, and also offers a web version.
